My good friend, Michele Mallardi Gay took over as CEO in 2010. She recognized make-up artists kept asking where their clients could purchase the Alcone products. Thus, the Alcone team decided to research the most effective way to get their best selling products to these clients and the everyday woman. Retail and QVC, among other avenues were considered and the team decided on network selling. Why this option? Well, my friend, Michele is a generous, smart, and caring person. She contemplated how she could make a larger impact while selling the products. The Alcone team decided they could empower women (primarily) by giving them confidence to have their own business. The women could use the business to supplement their household income while having a flexible family life. Or, the women could choose to build their business to a full time job earning up to 35% commission each month. Other social selling models were thoroughly researched and a generous compensation plan was created for those wishing to join the adventure.

Additionally, over the past two years, the Alcone team has been working with scientists to create an all-natural, chemical-free, skin care line that is effective at an affordable price. This new skincare line combined with the best selling cosmetic products is called Limelight by Alcone and officially launched in January 2015. It is a sister company to the already established Alcone company.
